The DeepPhenoTree napari plugin, co.-developed within PHENET (UC4 LINK) provides a practical analysis service for researchers working with orchard images. It allows users to automatically detect apple phenological organs (flowers, fruitlets, and fruits) from RGB images using deep-learning object detection models.
