Reference dataset for orchard phenotyping

The DeepPhenoTree – Apple Edition dataset codeveloped within PHENET (UC4 LINK) provides a large multi-site image dataset for developing and evaluating computer vision models in orchards. It contains tens of thousands of RGB images from several European orchards with expert annotations of phenological organs across development stages.
