Data Sets

Within the framework of the Use case Plant health, Geves, Agroscope and CRA-W acquired RGB images, using smartphone and literal stick, on varietal and inoculated fusarium head blight trials, in several locations and years. A number of these images are dedicated to be shared in the Global Wheat datasets whose goal is to improve precision phenotyping under field conditions by assembling large, diverse and well annotated image data on wheat head damage.

Nine  datasets, gathering 1057 images been built from CRA-W. GEVES provided 200 images, including 100 annotated and 100 non-annotated images and Agroscope contributed through ETH to provide 200 RGB images. The expected impact is to develop wheat head damage detection models, generalized between different growing environments around the world.
